1. Business Readiness service
Bearum Business Readiness is a business consulting service operated by Capitalist Financial, LLC ("Bearum," "we," "us," or "our"). The service reviews business organization, business information, record availability, documentation practices, and operational readiness and may provide a readiness summary and prioritized action plan.
The Business Readiness Review is a consulting service. It does not include loan brokerage, third-party product matching, credit repair, legal advice, tax advice, accounting services, or a guarantee of any decision by a bank, vendor, insurer, partner, governmental authority, or other third party.
2. Pricing and engagement
The Business Readiness Review is currently listed at $197 as a one-time consulting service. It is not a recurring subscription. The scope displayed at the time of purchase or engagement controls if a specific written service order states something different. Any cancellation or refund terms presented at checkout or in a written service order are incorporated into these Terms.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to avoid submitting information you are not authorized to provide. You remain responsible for business decisions and for obtaining legal, tax, accounting, licensing, insurance, credit, or other professional advice when appropriate.
4. Optional SMS messaging terms
Program description. The Bearum Business Readiness messaging program sends service communications to customers who have requested the consulting service and explicitly opted in through a dedicated SMS consent checkbox. Messages may include consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling information, requested-document notices, review-status updates, completion notifications, and customer support communications.
Consent. SMS enrollment is optional. The checkbox is not preselected and is not required to submit a service request.
Cancellation. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the same number that sent you messages. After the opt-out confirmation, no additional service texts will be sent unless you later enroll again through the same opt-in process.
Re-enrollment. If you opt out and later want service texts again, submit a new request and select the optional SMS checkbox.
Support. Reply HELP for assistance, email [email protected], or call (940) 309-3900 during business hours.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on your active service engagement. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to receive messages at the number provided.
5. Privacy
Your use of the website and service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. SMS originator opt-in data and consent are handled as described in that policy.
6. Website use
This website is owned or controlled by Capitalist Financial, LLC. You may use it for lawful purposes and may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that materially burdens the service, misrepresent your identity, or use site content in violation of applicable intellectual-property rights.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, site content, branding, design, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Capitalist Financial, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal or internal business use of publicly available site content does not transfer ownership rights.
8. Third-party services and links
We may use or link to third-party providers for functions such as payments, scheduling, communications, document submission, or other support services. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. Bearum is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. No warranties or guaranteed outcomes
To the extent permitted by law, the website and consulting materials are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will satisfy the requirements of any third party or result in any particular approval, eligibility determination, score, rating, transaction, or business outcome.
10. Limitation and responsibility
You remain responsible for decisions made using the consulting materials and for verifying important legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, licensing, or contractual matters with the appropriate qualified professional. Nothing in the Business Readiness Review creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, tax-adviser, or similar licensed-professional relationship.
11. Suspension or termination
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the service for misuse, unlawful conduct, security concerns, nonpayment where applicable, or material violation of these Terms. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory rights you have under applicable law are not waived by this provision.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
