Capitalist Financial, LLC, operating the Bearum Business Readiness service ("Bearum," "we," "us," or "our"), keeps text messaging originator opt-in data and consent confidential and limits its use to delivering and supporting the requested messaging service.
1. Information we collect
When you use the Bearum Business Readiness website or request a review, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, business state, entity type, website, business-readiness answers, scheduling information, service requests, and communications with us.
We may also collect ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, and cookies or similar technologies used for site security, functionality, and analytics.
The public Business Readiness intake is intentionally not designed to collect bank statements, government identification, credit reports, requested capital amounts, or third-party product preferences.
2. How we use information
We use information collected through this service to provide and administer the Business Readiness Review, respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, evaluate the organizational information you choose to provide, deliver your readiness summary and action plan, process service-related payments through our payment providers, maintain service records, prevent fraud or misuse, operate and improve the website, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information submitted through the Business Readiness service is not automatically submitted to unrelated providers, marketplaces, lead buyers, or other third parties. If you later request a separate service, that request is subject to the disclosures and consent presented for that separate service.
3. SMS messaging and compliance
Program description. Customers may optionally enroll in Bearum Business Readiness service texts. Messages are limited to consultation confirmations, appointment reminders or rescheduling, requested-document notices, review-status updates, completion notifications, and customer support communications related to the active consulting engagement.
Opt-in. SMS consent is collected through an optional, unchecked checkbox. Providing a phone number or submitting the form does not by itself grant SMS consent.
Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your active service engagement. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to the number that sent the message. After you opt out, you will no longer receive service texts unless you later enroll again through the same opt-in process.

4. Service providers and mobile-data restrictions
We do not sell, rent, or trade SMS opt-in data or consent records. We engage service providers acting on our behalf for website hosting, scheduling, payment processing, customer service, CRM operations, security, analytics, or SMS delivery. They may process information only as reasonably needed to perform those services and are expected to protect it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of our services.
5. Payments
If you purchase a service online, payment-card information may be collected directly by a third-party payment processor. Bearum may receive transaction records and payment status but does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on this website.
6. Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
